This is a set of four hand-painted deep plates/small bowls designed by Masatoshi Saeki, a ceramic artist selected as one of "10 Designers of the World" by the International Museum of Ceramic Art in Faenza, Italy, who passed away in 2019. These were made in the 1970s and are no longer in production.
