KUMON E-Pencil Power on and pen tip reading have been confirmed. It can be used without any problems. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. I think it's generally clean. Please check the condition in the photos. I received this as a hand-me-down, so the pen case in the photo is quite dirty and will not be included. The batteries have been replaced with new ones!!
