This is a Coach bag purchased at an outlet store in Japan. I used it with care, so there are no noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a used item and only purchase if you are comfortable with that. The protective seal on the gold strap has not been removed. There are two zippered compartments and two pockets inside. There are gold clasps on the left and right sides of the bag, as well as inside. Also, there are four metal fittings on the bottom, which the shop staff said prevents the bag from directly touching the ground when placed on the floor, making it less likely to get dirty. *One of the clasps for attaching the shoulder strap is missing. (The detached clasp is attached to the strap for safekeeping.) It can be used as a shoulder bag by hooking the strap onto the zipper. (I used it that way and had no problems with it coming off.) However, please note that when using the zipper, the compartment in that area will be difficult to open and close. Accessories: Shoulder strap
