Size 14 New Balance 996 JUMP sneakers, unused. JUMP is the model name for infants. It has cushioning and features such as a wave-shaped insole to comfortably stimulate the soles of the feet, Velcro straps, and a snug fit on the instep. This was kept as a spare. I haven't even tried them on. New Balance shoes are durable, and I've repurchased many pairs in other sizes. Regarding the white part of the opening, if you look closely, there appears to be a very slight stain, around the inside edge. It's barely visible in the photos.
