Handmade negative hand gripper. This is a Captains of Crush No. 3.5 with a stainless steel pipe inserted. I believe I purchased the COC No. 3.5 around 2008. I created it by shaving the knurling on one side of the handle and screwing in a stainless steel pipe of almost the same diameter. Since it doesn't have an extension pipe or anything covering it, both handles have the same diameter, making it easy to train with. As shown in image 5, there are no caps, so please be careful not to damage the floor or other surfaces during training. Although there should be no problem with training, there are scratches from training at the time and from aging.
