I purchased this about three years ago at the Keio Department Store in Shinjuku. I had even forgotten I bought it. It has never been used. It's brand new. The material isn't indicated. Washing at home is marked with a "do not wash" symbol (❌). I think it would look lovely worn around the collar of a black sweater. I'm currently broke, so I'm selling it.
