It will be shipped as is. Inspired by the structure of traditional Japanese bamboo balls, we have devised an airless soccer ball that replicates the feel of a standard soccer ball when kicked. It is a soccer ball that utilizes the repulsion of the surface material instead of internal air pressure, assembled from a total of 54 pieces of 3 different types of parts. The component parts are made of a soft, recycled polypropylene and elastomer synthetic resin that doesn't hurt even when kicked barefoot. Due to the structure where the parts interlock with each other, the ball will not fall apart even if one part comes off during play. It also features high maintainability, as it can be restored by replacing only the broken parts in case of damage, and the economic benefit of being able to use one ball for a long time. - To make it easy for children and colorblind people to assemble, each part has symbols such as "〇 ＼ | ／". In addition, the instruction manual made of recycled paper is designed like a picture book, using easy-to-understand illustrations without words so that children all over the world can use it, making it easy to assemble intuitively. - The component parts are made of recycled polypropylene and olefin-based elastomer synthetic resin. By 2030, the goal is to significantly reduce waste generation through waste prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. In addition, the material of the packaging bag, which can also be used as a ball bag for carrying, uses non-woven fabric that does not generate harmful substances when incinerated as a measure against global warming. - The soccer ball is completed by assembling a total of 54 pieces of 3 different types of parts. Since it uses the repulsion of the surface material instead of inflating it with air, there is no need to worry about air leaks. Also, if it is damaged, it can be restored by replacing the broken parts.
