This is a masking tape cutter in the shape of an elephant. It can hold two rolls of 15mm tape (see the second photo). There is a chip on the bar that holds the tape (see the third photo). The item will be sent as the cutter only, without tape. Please understand that there are some discoloration and scratches from use before purchasing.
