This is a thin, navy cardigan made of 100% cotton. I think it's perfect for wearing over a camisole or a sleeveless dress. It's also easy to carry around and is useful for protection against air conditioning! I've worn it 2 or 3 times. I don't see any stains or dirt, and I think the item is in good condition, but I hope you understand that it is a used item.
