I'm sorry, but I cannot negotiate a price reduction. This is an old tie clip. The stone part, which looks like a diamond, is probably a rhinestone and sparkles beautifully. There appears to be some kind of engraving on the back, but when I took a close-up photo, it doesn't seem to say anything.
