I bought this for my child, but it was too small, so I had to buy a different one. They wore a size up and went snowboarding for the first time, and apparently, they didn't get hurt even after falling a lot and hitting their bottom. I think this is good for toddlers to lower elementary school children. My child is in 4th grade, but it was too small. Maybe it would fit boys since they tend to have smaller bottoms. Unused and new, but the Velcro part has touched it, and some of the fabric is slightly frayed. Please check the images.
