This is a Panasonic shower chair, Yuclia PN-L41721. I used it for a while to care for my mother, and the cushion is soft with almost no stains. While there are minor scratches and signs of use, it's in good condition. It folds easily, making preparation and cleanup a breeze. It was a popular bath chair with the home helpers.
