This is a girly shirt in navy with scattered pink floral patterns. The sleeves and the buttons under the collar have a frill design, which is very cute and feminine. I think it would look good layered or paired with a simple skirt. I wore it 2 or 3 times, but haven't worn it since then because my style changed. No scratches, stains, or odors.
