This item has been stored unused. These are makeup tools that evoke a Showa-era retro feel, and are also good for a collection. As you can see in the images, it's new, comes with the instruction manual, and the light bulb has been confirmed in the images as well. Of course, it can be used, but I recommend it as a retro collection piece. Please consider it.
