Used, stored at home. Purchased about a year ago. Hardly used. I assembled and played it twice, but my fingers weren't long enough, so I put it away. I haven't made any adjustments, such as touching the screws. I bought it for just under 9000 yen(^^) The case has some dust on it. I will remove it as much as possible before shipping. The main body is relatively clean. It's made of plastic.
