Purchased in 2015 at a Leica Store in a Tokyo department store; all accessories are included. The UV filter is genuine Leica, and was attached at the time of lens purchase. I usually kept the hood cap on, so the filter cap is unused. I like wide-angle lenses, so I didn't use this lens very often. As shown in the photos, there are some scratches and minor abrasions on the edges of the hood and lens cap due to use, but I don't think they detract from the value of the lens. I believe this is an Apo-Summicron, a superb 50mm lens with exceptional descriptive capabilities, perfect for the discerning enthusiast. Incredibly sharp resolution and descriptive power. This Apo-Summicron is all you need for a standard lens. Stored in a dehumidified cabinet.
