I believe the size is around 16-19cm. My daughter, whose foot size is 20cm, is currently wearing the same item, and it feels a bit too snug. However, it's made of a stretchy material, so there's no problem with it being too tight. She can still wear it, even at 20cm. I purchased it from SHEIN. There are no tags, but it's unused. The fabric is a bit thin.
