Unlike the thin aluminum lining of common cooler bags, this bag has thick insulation (about 1cm) on the sides and bottom, and a removable bottom board. Without the shoulder strap, it weighs about 350g, so it's light enough to use as a regular bag! You can also use the shoulder strap for a cross-body bag for day trips!
