This is an A7 size binder file. It is new and unused, but it has been opened once, and 15 clear refills have been inserted. It will be repackaged in an OPP bag before shipping. The reason for the "as is" condition is that the light blue part of the button is slightly black. Please refer to image 2. Thank you.
