This is a Hello Kitty regional souvenir ballpoint pen. The Date Masamune version, exclusive to Miyagi, is from 2012. The version exclusive to Iwate is from 2010. Both are new, but the outer packaging has deteriorated over time, with damage such as wrinkles and stains. If you are concerned about this, I can send the pens without the outer packaging. Please let me know if you would like this option (please note that the outer packaging, including descriptions and stickers, will be discarded).
