These are wood shavings produced when cutting and drilling ebony that I purchased. ① Small pieces ⇒ Generated when removing cracks, etc. ② Rolled shavings ⇒ Generated when drilling with a drill press ③ Powder ⇒ Generated when cutting with a sliding saw These are just wood shavings, but they are essential materials for repairing insect holes, chips, cracks, and dents in ebony. Although I lack technical skills, when I repaired insect holes, I found them very useful. I would shave them with a knife or belt sander to match the size of the work area, apply wood glue, drive them in, compress them with clamps to dry, and then shape them. I think this is an essential item for handmade artists who use ebony. If you don't have suitable materials on hand, would you like to consider these if you need them? 【Notes】 These were collected immediately after cutting the ebony, but ② and ③ have a small amount of white material mixed in, which was generated by cutting the urethane-coated part of the ebony.
