New with tags. I unfolded it when I bought it and when I took the photos. There are small scratches on the snap button with the floral pattern, but they were there originally. The vinyl at the base of the strap is slightly torn. There may be other oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles, small scratches, etc. When shipping, I will take it out of the bag, unfasten the snap buttons, wrap it in bubble wrap, and mail it. For those who understand home storage.
