I purchased this at a physical therapy clinic I've been going to for over a year, at the regular price. I used it for a short while, but my foot condition improved, and it bothered me when I slept, so I would take it off at night. After that, I stored it at home. I don't see any noticeable scratches, stains, or wear and tear, but I think there is some deterioration from use and storage. When I used it, I never used it with bare feet because I have cold feet. I threw away the box, so it's not included. The only instruction manual is the one in the image. When shipping, I will wrap it in bubble wrap and send it in simple packaging.
