This is a piece of ebony floor pillar wood I obtained from a demolition site and cut for a kanna (Japanese plane) base. The wood has been drying for over 10 years since I received it, and it's been over 5 years since it was cut to its current size. There's some cracking at the edges, but I've kept it large, so I think I can get about sunpachi (approximately 2.4 inches) out of it. As shown in the photos, there's a nail hole. Please check the photos. The dimensions are: Length 325mm x Width 115mm x Thickness 36mm. Please be aware that cracking or warping may occur due to environmental changes during shipping.
