This is a KidZania limited edition package of Cow Brand soap. The soap is new and unused, but since it has been stored for a long time, the fragrance and lathering ability may have weakened. It is unopened, so I believe it can be used without any problems, but if you notice anything unusual, I recommend refraining from using it on your skin.
