Length: Approximately 82 cm Waist (laid flat): Approximately 37 cm, size 73. It's not elastic. The line is beautiful. Perfect for this time of year, winter. It's described as off-white by Uniqlo, but I think it's a light beige. It's easy to match with other clothes. There's no noticeable damage, but there are marks from the skirt hanger. I'm a private seller, so I might have missed something. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned with minor details.
