Purchased overseas. Only tried on, too big, doesn't fit. I washed it and have kept it stored. Stretchy, elastic waistband. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item, including the color and smell, as it has been stored at home. Also, even though I inspect it carefully, it's a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or are a perfectionist. Returns and complaints are not accepted.
