These are small envelopes (pouch bags) made using design paper. These are being sold at a discounted price because the glue from the vertically applied tape has slightly seeped out during assembly. While the seams may feel a bit sticky to the touch, the bags are not stuck shut and can still be opened. The top row in photo 1 contains 3 sheets each of 10 different designs, and the bottom row contains 2 sheets each of 10 different designs, totaling 50 sheets. Some perfectly made envelopes are included to reach the total of 50 sheets. The tops are designed to be left open so you can fold them to fit the contents.
