Here is a cel of Falco from Fist of the North Star. I purchased this 35 years ago at the Fuji Television event "Communication Carnival Yume Kobo '87". The paper on the back is stuck to the cel. I've seen online that people with the right skills can remove it cleanly, but I'm unable to do so, so I'll be selling it as is. Instead of a sketch, a blank sheet of paper is stuck to it.
