This is an antique Elgin watch, a brand that has been beloved in America for a long time, alongside Hamilton and Waltham. The gold-filled, rectangular case, known as "kado-kin" (square gold), is a classic American style representative of the 1940s. The slightly curved 10k gold-filled case fits the wrist well, and the plump, domed crystal has a wonderfully antique feel. The dial with the old logo also features upright indexes, giving it a refined appearance. Although the size is a bit small, it's elegant and looks great. Suitable for both men and women. There are some minor scratches on the case and crystal, but they do not affect practical use.
