These are very beautiful zori (Japanese sandals) made with shichitoi rush from Oita Prefecture and indigo-dyed Bingo Kasuri (one of the three major kasuri fabrics in Japan, traditionally made in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture). There was no description in the product information I had, but I remember being told when I received the product explanation that the rush was also indigo-dyed. Made in Japan, each piece is carefully handmade. The thong made of Bingo Kasuri fabric is gentle on the skin and fits comfortably, so your feet won't hurt, and it feels very good to wear. The sole uses Vibram, an Italian sole manufacturer, making it easy to walk in and durable, so you can wear it like sandals. I am selling these because I don't seem to have many opportunities to use them. There is no box, but they have been stored with care, so the condition is good. They go well with not only Japanese attire but also casual outfits like a T-shirt and denim or a skirt, and it's nice that you can easily incorporate them into your daily life. I'm not sure if they are still being manufactured, but I think they are very rare. I hope you will enjoy them as one of your summer pleasures.
