Showa Retro Bear Tape Cutter This item is from that time period, so the cutter is rusty. The tape is also probably discolored. Removing the hat reveals a small storage compartment. There's something that looks like a company name on the bottom, but I couldn't find any information about it. Made in Japan. There's a notch in the right hand, presumably for holding a card. It's an old item, so there are scratches and discoloration. I believe it's made of plastic, not ceramic. Shipped safely and securely via Rakuraku Mercari anonymous delivery.
