About a year ago, I purchased a "junk" item on Yahoo Auctions with the description "Failed to replace the HDD," and I repaired it, using it for about a year. The repairs included: ・Internal cleaning ・Replacement of two HDDs for time-shift recording (used) ・Replacement of HDD for normal recording (low usage time) ・Replacement of one SATA cable for time-shift HDD ・Partial replacement of flexible cables ・Cleaning of tobacco stains ・Replacement of two fans (the rear fan had no unusual noise, so it wasn't replaced) Several screws are missing (but it's not a problem). The exterior of the main unit has scratches. Operational checks: ・Terrestrial digital and BS reception are normal ・Time-shift recording and playback are normal ・Normal recording and playback are normal ・HDMI connection is normal ・LAN connection is normal ・External USB connection is normal ・DVD and Blu-ray recording and playback are normal ※ Composite (red, white, yellow) operation has not been confirmed due to lack of a testing environment.
