This is a set of two 380g jars of precious, unheated, pure wildflower honey from Japanese honeybees, harvested at home. On August 9th, 2024, I noticed that the Japanese honeybees I kept for my hobby of beekeeping had absconded. Fortunately, it hadn't been long since they left, and the inside of the hive was in fresh condition. I began harvesting the honey immediately, and bottled it on August 11th. The sugar content was 79.6-80.6 degrees. The photo of the honeycomb shows white crystallization. This indicates that some honeycombs had a high sugar content. The expiration date is set for two years (July 2026, as stated on the label). The label also details the "producer/seller" information. An email address is also provided as a contact.
