This is an Estée Lauder novelty wristwatch. It is being sold as a junk item. I remember using it once or twice. The exterior and belt have minor scratches that are difficult to see with the naked eye, but there is no noticeable damage. The hands move when the crown is turned, but it does not work because the battery is dead. However, I don't know if it will work even if the battery is replaced. The clasp functions normally.
