The fabric is smooth and likely a linen blend. It's somewhat sheer (see photo 5). Both the blouse and skirt are easy to coordinate separately. It has a relaxed design, but the narrow shoulders create a beautiful silhouette. There are hooks where shoulder pads were originally attached (see photo 9).
