This item was purchased in Ueno for about 10,000 yen. The decorative string-like ornament? Inlay? I chose a different one than what was originally attached, so it's not fixed and comes off easily. I believe the fabric is felt. Please refer to the images for the size, as it's measured by an amateur. As you can see in the images, there are some scratches, so please check them.
