I don't see it very often in Nara. The vibrant colors are beautiful(^^) Royal Standard was founded in 1916 in Stoke-on-Trent under the name "Chapmans Longton Ltd". They made many small but good quality items until they were absorbed by Royal Doulton in 1966. I love the design (composition) because it's good(^^) This is a souvenir from Canada. I fell in love with it at first sight and carefully carried it on the plane. It's a piece from nearly 50 years ago. There's a slight vintage feel to it, but it's a wonderful item with a lot of character. (Please forgive any slight scratches due to storage or aging.) I will carefully package and send it to you.
