This is a ZARA jumpsuit ◡̈ It's loose and very comfortable, and I think it would look good with either heels or sneakers. It's so comfortable that it would be good for loungewear too! The color is gray. You can wear it all year round, regardless of the season. I haven't worn it many times, so there's no pilling and I think it's in very good condition.
