Barbell Holder for Power Rack This is M16. (For Oni and racks of the same standard) M20 is also available. (For MBC and racks of the same standard) This is a set of two barbell holders and two flat resin washers. M16x160mm bolts and nuts are required for use, but are not included with this product, so please prepare them yourself. ○ How to Use This is a holder for storing barbells, to be installed on the upper part of the rack. With J-cups, the bar will be positioned below the insertion hole, making it close to your head. This product positions the bar about 1cm above the hole, providing more space inside the rack. ※ Notes ・Unlike J-cups, you cannot place a bar with plates attached or do pull-ups. ・Due to the nature of 3D printing, layer lines and surface roughness may occur. ・Made to order, so it will take one week to ship after the order is placed.
