It's an excellent machine because it can make hot milk and milk foam at a temperature that tastes delicious. The current version has been simplified, with the frothing parts and hot milk parts being detachable, which can be unsanitary. Furthermore, the power switch has been removed, so you can only turn it on and off by plugging and unplugging it. This is a rare version, highly valued by Nespresso users, with a power switch and one each of the frothing and hot milk parts. It is no longer in production. I have only used it about a dozen times, but it is a used item, so please understand this before purchasing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details. m(_ _)m It does not come with a box, so I will wrap it in bubble wrap, pack it in a cardboard box, and include cushioning material for safe shipping.
