This is a child's rain poncho. The size is 100. I bought it when my child was in kindergarten, but it was only used once or twice. It's very clean. The fabric is sturdy (compared to the ones from 100-yen shops). It comes with a bag that can be folded up for carrying. I bought it at Akachan Honpo.
