It is unauthenticated, but it has never been taken out of the pamphlet, and there are no scratches, stains, or folds. It has been stored in a dark place. If you have it authenticated yourself, it may fetch a very high price. If you are a Pokémon card enthusiast, please consider purchasing it before it's gone. This item is also listed on other flea market sites, so please be aware that it will be removed if it sells there. As shown in the 11th photo, only the poster inside the pamphlet has a fold line. The card itself is new and unopened. When packing, tape will be used to prevent the card from moving within the pamphlet, and several transparent clear files will be used, with cardboard covering both sides and bubble wrap for thorough protection.
