You can enjoy changing the silhouette by tightening the hem with the string or removing the side buttons to make it poncho-like. The hood is not removable. Although it has a military-like design, the grayish light khaki color makes it suitable for adult women. It has a boxy silhouette, but it drapes nicely, creating a cute silhouette. There is a photo of the item being worn on the 11th image, which is a bit difficult to see, but please refer to it as a reference (^^) I couldn't quite capture the color well, but I think the 6th photo is the closest. The length is not too short or too long, making it easy to match with other items. I think it would be cute to wear it over a long-sleeved T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, or sheer cut-and-sew.
