Made by The Boyds Collection (commonly known as Boyds Bears) in the USA. I received this as a gift and have stored it in its box, occasionally airing it out, for a long time. There are no scratches or stains since I received it. The box is warped. I would appreciate it if you could understand this before making a purchase.
