This is a case-only listing. When the charger is connected, the light comes on as shown in image 1, so it doesn't seem to be broken. However, since there are no earphones, I haven't been able to confirm actual charging, so please be aware of this. The exterior shows a relatively high degree of wear and tear, such as scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
