The washable pillow and cover have been laundered. ^_^ Includes instructions. I only used it for a short period, until my baby started rolling over (around 6 months old?), so please understand that this is a used item. I generally placed a towel on it for the baby to sleep on, so I think it's in a clean condition without any noticeable stains. There may be some slight fuzzing from washing.
