This is from a brand that no longer exists, but I used to buy from them often because they had a lot of simple, adult designs. It's a tight skirt, but it has a slit in the front and the waist has some elastic, so it's listed as free size. I've worn it less than 5 times and have been storing it. (Measured flat) Length: 86cm Waist: 31cm (can stretch about 8cm with the elastic) On me, I'm 166cm tall, and it hits about 5cm above my ankles.
