This is a wiring adapter that allows you to freely change the pin assignments for RS-232C connections. It's a D-sub 25-pin (male-female) type. It can be used for connection verification and custom wiring of old PC communication devices, printers, modems, etc. Unopened and unused. The package shows signs of aging.
