This is the Ibanez PTEQ equalizer. The upper knobs control the frequency and bandwidth, and the lower sliders allow you to boost or cut the frequency range set by the knobs. There are no operational issues, but there is some dirt and scratches on both sides from use (see photos 3 and 4). This listing is for the unit only (will be wrapped in bubble wrap).
